There are two work activities taking place this Saturday.

The first is sorting through and tidying up materials piled up in the compound behind the Panther’s Clubhouse. We need to clear space for a metal storage unit (to be assembled on another day). This storage unit will be used to house FOHW tools and materials. Some of the materials are heavy and bulky (such as rolls of chestnut paling fencing), but there are also lighter materials that need tidying up (such as tree guards and stakes).

The second activity is some work in the Quarry to tidy up the last of the cut down scrub and dead hedges.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and activities. Gardening gloves would be useful for both. Please also bring any refreshments you may need for the morning. The FOHW general risk assessment applies to these activities and can be read by clicking here.
